Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Bags

While our main product offering is the MegaSack Brand Bulk Bag, we do offer other smaller bags.

We also offer Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Bags.  These are known as BOPP Bags. 

BOPP Bags are the newest thing in bag and printing technology.  BOPP Bags have the strength of a Woven Poly Laminate Bag with near photographic quality printing.

BOPP Bags are typical Woven Poly Bags that have had Polypropylene Film laminated to the outside.  After this in a separate process, a different layer of Polypropylene film is stretched horizontally and vertically, then printed on the back side.  This separate layer of Printed Polypropylene Film is then applied to the outside lamination of the original Woven Poly Bag. 

Since this second layer of  Polypropylene Film is printed on the inside, then laminated against the original Polypropylene Film the printing cannot be scratched off.  It is sealed between two layers of Polypropylene Film.  This makes for a very strong and attractive BOPP Bag. 

The BOPP bags are great for retail packaging of pet food, wildlife attractants, and fertilizers to name a few.

The BOPP bag construction consist of an open mouth that will be sewn closed after filling.  The top has a polypropylene crepe strip that can be stitched with Easy Open access.
