Woven Polypropylene Bags

While our main product offering is the MegaSack Brand Bulk Bag, we do offer other smaller bags.

We offer a wide range of Woven Polypropylene Bags from stock.  These are also known as Woven Poly Bags.

We have many common sizes for all sorts of applications including feed, corn, bird seed, and pecans for export.

We can print your logo on orders as small as 1000 pcs with a competitive lead-time.

Our Woven Poly Bags are made to be sewn by a hand sewer or tied off.

Woven Poly  Bags are made from plastic known as polypropylene.  Small strands known as tapes are made in lineal form and woven together to make the bag.  The bags have a tubular shape and a sewn closed bottom.  While the bags are tubular they can be made with gussets on each side to help with stacking. The main thing about a Woven Poly Bag is that they are breathable.  Air can pass through the weave allowing the product to breath.  Woven Poly Bags are a good option for a larger mesh product.  Dusty products such as Rice Bran tend to sift through the weave  of a Woven Poly Bag.

Our Woven Poly Bags usually come in and 800 or 850 denier with an Anti-Skid twist in the weave, heat cut or hemmed tops, and white in color.  We also have some sizes available with an EZ Open strip.
